The Battenwear Nylon Jump Jacket is made from 100% nylon offering both durability and water repellency at the same time as being incredibly lightweight, while the two way zip offers a customisable fit on hotter days. The elasticated hem and sleeve cuffs secure its fit whilst conveying the style of a vintage sports jacket, staying true to the brands inspiration . The front of the jacket features three pockets, two hand-warmers above the waist and one on the chest which features a branded pull-tab. The pockets and zip fastening feature purple seams to contrast against the light mango body which complements summer palettes perfectly.

Founded in 2011 and based in New York, Battenwear is the brainchild of designer Shinya Hasegawa who has been a lifelong vintage clothing addict. Taking inspiration from designs of the 60’s through to the 80’s, the brand aims to facilitate the dedication that people have to outdoor sports wrapped up in a simply styled aesthetic.
